ICOVP 2027 offers registration options for both in-person and remote participation.

Standard registration deadline: April 10, 2027
Late registration: after April 11, 2027

Registration Fees (in USD)

1. SAARC Countries: Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka.
2. Student fees are subject to proof of current enrollment. Any document confirming student status is accepted, such as an enrollment certificate or student ID card. The document does not need to be officially stamped or certified. Please note that validation of supporting documents requires at least one business day. Participants are advised to pay special attention to registration deadlines, as the deadline refers to the completion of the entire registration process, including form submission, document validation and payment confirmation.

Note for Brazilian participants: A fixed exchange rate of 1 USD = R$ 2.70 will be applied.

What is included in the registration fee:

— In-person registrations (Professional, Mini-Symposia Organizer, Graduate Student, SAARC Countries, Listener): coffee breaks, conference support material, and welcome reception.

— Undergraduate Student in person: coffee breaks and conference support material.

— Remote registrations: electronic conference material and remote access to presentation rooms.

— Conference Dinner: information on the conference dinner will be announced soon.

Refund Policy

In accordance with Brazilian Consumer Protection Law (Código de Defesa do Consumidor — CDC, Art. 49), participants who register online have the right to cancel their registration within 7 calendar days of payment and receive a full refund, with no penalty or justification required.

After this 7-day period, no refunds will be issued. As an alternative to cancellation, registrations may be transferred to another participant prior to April 10, 2027, without penalty.

Badge and Certificate
When completing your registration, please fill in your data carefully. The participant is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided, as badges and certificates will be issued based on the registration data submitted.

Registration Deadlines
Please pay special attention to registration deadlines. The deadline refers to the completion of the entire registration process, including: filling in the registration form, validation of supporting documents (when required) and payment confirmation.
